Do you know a child that will by 3 or 4 years of age before September 1 of 2025 and you as a parent or guardian would be interested to have your child in PreK?  School of Dreams Academy is currently accepting applications for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year! How can I apply for the next school year (2025-26)?

The application for the 2025-26 school year is available now at www.sodacharter.net

·        The application window is from April 21, 2025-May 12, 2025

·        Applications received after May 12, 2025, will be placed on a waitlist in the order they are received.

Who is eligible to attend School of Dreams Academy’s Preschool?
Any child who will be 3 years of age before September 1 of the current school year and any child who will be 4 years of age before September 1 of the current school year.

Does applying guarantee enrollment?

School of Dreams Academy’s NM Pre-K Preschool Program has a maximum enrollment of 32 students; so, completing an application does not guarantee an enrollment.  Slots are offered based on a lottery.

How are students chosen to attend? 

Students are chosen via a lottery.  For PreK Students, children must be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1. We have 32 slots available.

How am I notified if my child is chosen in the lottery?
You will be notified by email and/or by a telephone call.

Do I need to submit my child’s shot record with the application? 

No. If your child is chosen to attend through the lottery, you will be contacted in late May or early June with instructions to register your child, including birth certificate and shot record.

What will be the 2025-2026 School of Dreams Academy’s school hours?
Students attend a full day session, 5 days a week. The sessions will be from 8:00am – 3:00 pm.

Is busing available for the NM Pre-K students?
No, busing is not available for our NM Pre-K students unless they have an IEP. Families must transport their children to and from School of Dreams Academy.

Do you have before or after school daycare?
Unfortunately, we do not have extended hour care for NM Pre-K students.
